I restarted my Mac and now when it turns on it freezes and then shuts off again
How do i make it start working again

Try to boot in Safe mode then normal boot could solve your issue.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
