my MAC always frozen

My new MAC always dies automatically, I just open a file and it doesn't take long for it to die automatically, I can't manipulate any files at all!

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 13.5

Unable to fix freezing issues and unresponsive on my MacBook Air I recently purchased a Mac Air M3 and I noted that it freezes quite frequently even though I am not opening a lot of programs (usually just safari and adobe pdf). Even if I try to force quit, the force quit program acts up and does not respond so I end up doing a hard restart and safe mode. I tried to bring it to Genius session and they did a diagnostic that it was a software error and tried to reinstall it but it keeps on happening again. I'm running out of options to troubleshoot it and it becomes a hassle now. [Re-Titled By Moderator]
