Magsafe battery charger

is it safe to leave the magsafe battery charger 24/7 without damaging the iphone battery?

I am not exactly sure what you mean by "MagSafe Battery Charger". I'm assuming you mean the MagSafe Battery Pack, and no, it should not harm your battery, altough it is probably not recommended to do so. Your iPhone's battery should be charged to 100% at some point during the day and the battery pack also has to be recharged. So, is it safe to do? Yes. Should you keep the MagSafe battery pack attached 24/7? Probably not.
