Deleting of unhidden purchases records from iCloud

You can't. It can only be hidden.

Deleting Item Record:

You Can't: The only way it can be deleted is if Apple were to remove it form the iTunes Library. Once it is removed, it will not show up in your Library. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the licensor. So, just keep everything to yourself, and don't share your account info with anyone whomsoever.

I don't think deleting a purchase is an option.
