How do I download my watch app again? Not getting the cloud with the down arrow option.
I can’t get my watch app back on my phone and my watch is stuck with the Apple symbol and will not pair or reset.

If it says open then it is still on your phone;
swipe left on your phone screen until you reach the app library then touch and hold the watch app icon and drag it back to your home screen.
