Why are movie downloads So Slooooooooow?

I have a fairly substantial "pipe" coming into my home. Download speed [as of 20 minutes ago - 0609 DST] is 909 Mbps. It takes around three hours to download a single movie. This isn't a one-time instance; I've noticed this in the past I've tweaked every setting I can find on different web sources for iTunes for Windows 10. All updates have been applied. iTunes for Windows is version 12.12.4.1

Download speeds can vary between the wifi speeds and how long the movie is.
