MacBook Pro A1708 super loud fan when plugged in/ charging

My MacBook Pro A1708 is super loud when plugged in, it gets really laggy and slow.

I have reset everything pram, smc even factory reset.

Tried to use different charging port

Applied new thermal paste

but the second I tried to charge it, the fan start to run super loud and everything just lags.

I have 2 chargers both the same.

Any ideas?

Fan/Battery Issue on MacBook Pro 13" I purchased my MacBook back in 2021 and it's only a little over a year old. It needs a new battery, but also the fan seems to be running at full power constantly, even when I tried opening it in safe mode. The vents are not blocked. I even tried cleaning them with some canned air just to make sure. The computer doesn't feel hot to the touch or seem to be running hot at all. My question is, if the fan issue possibly related to the battery issue or are these more likely two separate problems?

M1 pro macbook always starts fans when charging. My Macbook Pro M1 Pro 16" 32GB always turns on fans when charging. Temperatures don't seem to be that high that fans would be needed (no higher than 50°C). The fans run at around 1500 RPM and turn off soon after removing charger. Is this normal? These macbooks seem to be known for not turning on fans ever, so it seems a little weird that it would do this. I can do intensive tasks on battery power and no fans come on, but just browsing with the charger connected turns on the fans. Charger is 140W. Doesn't matter if on a desk or on the lap. Ventura 13.0.1.
