Dispute Apple Cash charges

Read a lot of people's discussion here with similar question but I didn't get the answer I am looking for.

This is what I found out by calling Apple Cash support and let me know if I am mistaken.

Apple Cash charges can be disputed if it is an unauthorized charge.

When using regular credit cards, we can dispute a charge of the merchant with the credit card company, i.e. merchandise was not delivered. However, this doesn't apply to Apple Cash charges. Apple Cash support will not accept dispute request for the charge since it is an authorized charge.

From now on, I'll never use Apple Cash to pay for anything that I expect to receive credit card type of "protections". Better yet, just deposit all the Apple Cash to my bank and never have to worry about this at all. And get additional cash back when using credit card. (Think about it: How much cash back do you get when using Apple Card when buying Apple products? How much cash back do you get when using Apple Cash when buying Apple products?)

If the information is correct, hope it is helpful to you.

If not, please let me know.
