Heart rate inaccurate

I found my I watch inaccurate to measure my heart rate

it show me 180 heartbeat on my watch . meanwhile I measure manually 120 heartbeat .

what could be the reason?

How do you know that the 120 bpm is accurate,what are you measuring it with?.
