IOS 15.6 update deleted all my notes from my iphone

Last night i did an Update to IOS 15.6. Tomorrow o checked my notes and they are all gone. through the update the "On my phone - Account" was turned off. After i turned it on again, my Notes were still empty. I dont have the chance to recover the phone from an icloud or itunes backup and my notes were really important to me, so is there any chance to recover the notes? I did not delete any note and there is even no deleted note in the "deleted notes" folder. so im clueless

Then your notes are gone if you weren't syncing them to the cloud or mail account.
