Apple Plus Account Sharing
Can a family member share my Apple TV Plus account if they don't use a mac or iphone and don't have an icloud account id? It looks like they have to enter an ID with icloud to accept an invite.

All the group members of a Family Sharing arrangement will need to have each an Apple ID account of their own.
The group organizer (the person that invites the others) needs to have an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac. The invitation happens to each of the Apple ID accounts.
