Невозможно настроить сотовый тариф установка eSIM не поддерживается на вашем устройстве
Нахожусь в Украине и пытаюсь подключить eSIM от lifecell (Украина) на своём Iphone 11. Почему-то в меню "Сотовая связь" не отображается вкладка "Добавить сотовый тариф", поэтому я даже не могу начать процесс установки. Я попробовал отсканировать QR-код с помощью приложения "Камера" на iOS 14 и, к сожалению, выскочила ошибка, которую я указал в заголовке. Я попробовал извлечь свою основную SIM от Vodafone, сбросил настройки сети, обновил iOS до 15.6 и ничего не помогло. Iphone изначально был для рынка США/Канада (номер модели - MWK22LL/A). С помощью сторонних сервисов я проверил его на предмет блокировки американскими операторами и т.д., но телефон оказался не заблокированным и, вроде как, абсолютно чистым. В меню "Об этом устройстве" отображаются "Передняя" и "Задняя" SIM-карты, но у последней отображается только IMEI2. К слову, у меня есть Iphone XR, который был сделан для Чешского рынка, в нем пункт "Добавить сотовый тариф" отображается. Помогите!
I contacted my original carrier (US Spring) and explained my situation yesterday. They said my phone is completely unlocked and I need to restart it and everyrhing will be fine. So I tried it but it didn't work. I still don't have "Add cellular plan" option in settings. I actually tried to replace my main Vodafone SIM with another physical Lifecell card just as it said like here --> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier ... but it didn't work. Even the camera doesn't work, I mean it reads QR-code but when I press little yellow button under it - nothing happens. Maybe my eSIM chip is broken? Or phones with this issue don't work at all and don't even start up?
