Replacing order cancelled on education store
Hello, so I tried to place 2 orders for the iPad Air off the education store (the maximum amount is 2) on 6/28. When I checked backed in the morning reviewing my order number it is telling me that both of my orders were canceled. I had reached out to Apple Education Store representatives over and over and they tell me the possible situation is that the order has not fully been canceled yet and to give it 5 days to process. It has been over a week and when I try to replace my order it tells me the quantity limit is exceeded, Does anyone know how long it takes until I can try to replace my order? I can't even check my apple id for this order because I had checked out as a guest.
