The small part that plugs into an outlet of my Macbook Pro charger has separated from the larger main charging box, how do I re-connect these 2 pieces? Do they push together, or should I slide them together somehow? Is there a video I can watch for this process?
I don't know of a video but they will only fit together one way so you can't go wrong. Slide the duckhead (the small part with the prongs down over the circular pin that sticks out slightly from the larger part (the power adapter). There is a groove in the back of the duckhead so it will slide over that round pin. Push down so that the two electrical connectors are fully seated (the top of the duckhead will be even with the top of the power adapter.
It just slides back in and it'll go in easily only one way. Looks at the electrical contacts on both pieces and make sure they line up when sliding in.
