HELP Erasing content off 2019 Mac Book Pro

HELP- I am trying to erase all content off old Mac book pro and it is not allowing me to due to trying to sign out of find my iMac. The Apple ID username is an old email and I don't have the password.

Should I take it in to the apple store for help?
