I received a phone call saying Apple ID hacked don’t use financial information is there someone I can contact to see if this is a scam

If you think about it, why would a hacker want to tell you that your phone has been hacked, when their main goal is to continue stealing your data without you knowing or suspecting anything about it?

Another way to say the same thing.......anyone who is smart enough to know how to hack your phone is never going to be dumb enough to tell you what they are doing.
