Repetitive blocked phone calls

Why do I keep getting phone calls after I have blocked him on numerous occasions I took down the number remove them and redid it and they still keep coming at least 25 calls a day

Spammers have gotten tricky about masking their number...

Correct complaint:

Why do I keep getting phone calls after I have blocked them on numerous occasions. I took down the numbers, removed them and re-blocked them and they still keep coming at least 25 calls a day.

In other words. Nothing can be done. Apple isn’t capable to actually stop the incoming calls.
