My phone is not responding to anything. It will not restart. None of the applications will work. I can’t open messages or even make a phone call to Apple support. How do I force a restart on the Iphone? I have a iPhone 12 Pro

Have you tried all of the steps in the support article you arrived here from? If so, and they didn't help, you will need to contact Apple Support directly. If you can't use your phone for that, do you have any other device (or can borrow one from a friend or relative)? Otherwise, you will need to take your phone to either the Apple Store or to an Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area.
