Hi! I was wondering if there was anyway to add more storage to my iPhone? I’m not referring to iCloud storage, but to the actually phone’s storage?

No, storage comes from a chip on the motherboard, it is a physical piece of hardware. It cannot transfer from phone to phone.
A SIM only contains your cell carriers configuration information, no memory.
