Close the app and do a force restart:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (AU)S

If that doesn't help offload the app and download it again.

Apple Music keeps crashing iOS 18.3 It looks like other people had this issue back in the fall. It just started for me now. I’ve been on iOS 18.3 since it came out, like a week ago? It will play a few songs then skip to a song that’s not in the queue, then when I try to change it, it crashes. Then when I reopen it, it crashes. I am on the most recent iOS. I have forced closed all apps and restarted the phone. Still happens. I have removed downloads, then re-downloaded. Still happens. This is really annoying for someone who purchases the Apple Music subscription. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro.
