Hii sir, i unable to change country in appstore and it shows that i have a credit balance

sir whenever i want to change the country in appstore then it shows that i have a credit balance on my account. Please help me to solve this issue

Either spend the balance, or, when its a very low amount ask iTunes support to remove it
