So I was wondering. If you want to scan a website like on virustotal. You need to copy link. And to copy link you need to preview the site. So you scan the website and virustotal says its malicious. You did not visit the website but you did preview the website. So could your device have malware then? So is previewing a website able to get malware or virussen or even hackers get acces to your device?
I think you're seriously overthinking this. Your Mac has built in protections.

Unless your iPhone has been jailbroken, or someone has had extensive access to it while it was unlocked or you are high profile activist, politician or journalist whose data would be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to acquire, your iPhone has not been hacked and will not be hacked. iOS is an even more closed system than macOS.
