Apple watch swipe up/down not working
Every couple of days my watch stops working swipe up/down.
It works swipe right/left.
If I reboot the watch it starts to work again.
But I would like to have a permanent fix.

This seems to be a bit of a problem with quite a few people,hopefully the issue will be addressed in a future update,until then;
