iPhone minimum volume and volume limiter
I know it’s well documented that many people find the iPhone’s minimum volume too loud through Bluetooth headphones.
I’ve encountered what I think is a glitch that exacerbates this (using latest iOS).
Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety.
Turning on the reduce loud sounds function appears to increase the loudness of the lowest volume setting. When active, moving the slider to reduce the maximum volume also appears to increase the loudness of the lowest volume setting, while moving the slider to the right to increase the maximum volume allowed seems to also reduce the loudness of the lowest volume setting.
I’ve sent this feedback to Apple directly, but I wanted to draw attention to it in case it this information helps anyone.
