MP Navigator Ex 4.0 update

I just updated my MacOS to Catalina and now my scanner is not working. I get a message that says MP Navigator Ex 4.0 software app needs to be updated (32 bit app needs to be updated to 64 bit to run). Does anyone know if an update exists? Thank you

Have you checked with the developer for this app to see if they have an update?
