I never turned on 2 factor authentication. When I open iCloud account like 2 was ago perhaps and it never gave me myself an option for me to decide if I wanted this 2factor authentication? When I try to take this 2 factor authentication it does not take it off

If you made your AppleID recently, then 2FA was on by default and cannot be disabled. All new AppleIDs require 2FA and it is enabled automatically.
