cannot remove app

i mistakenly added WhatsApp on my Do not disturb ( Turn on Automatically )

the icon cannot be removed , when i delete it doesn't go off and it doesn't want to turn off either
tried to reset my phone but still icons wont go away
every time i access my WhatsApp do not disturb pop on the screen
am using iphone 12

Settings, Focus, Do not disturb,

Tap the "Apps>" section,

then tap the (-) on top LH corner of the app icon.
