Message not delivered
Message display not delivered with a red exclamation mark on green bubble, but when I click trying again it doesn’t show me the option to send as a Text message. How can I fix this?

It's possible that the person you're sending to doesn't have SMS. Either they are on a device that doesn't support it such as a Mac or iPad or it is currently disabled for some reason. Or, their device is turned off entirely. In any of those situations, there's nothing you can do on your end except wait and hope things change on theirs.
