I have been using notes for several years and whenever I would make a new folder, it would automatically be put in alphabetical order. Now it either goes to the top or bottom???
I have gone into General and clicked on Notes to make sure I have it on “sort by” Title and still nothing. I have shut my phone off and turned back on.
I would really appreciate some help in how this can be resolved. Thank you

As we understand it, you're creating a folder in the Notes app on your iPhone, and the new folders do not appear in alphabetical order. Is that right? We did some testing and see similar results, so this could be normal, but we do want to double-check.
The setting you mentioned under Settings > Notes > Sort Notes By should control how the notes themselves are sorted, but doesn't apply to folders. To make sure that's functioning as expected, do the individual notes sort based on the criteria you set there? Let us know!
Also, to verify, which iOS version are you using? When did you first notice that this was happening?
