You can't change the preset values - they always start at zero which makes sense - but you can copy the adjustments from another image:

Not sure what you mean. Each edit function has a slider for changing the value.

You are right ... I mean a permanent change of "automatic" set values
...for example, in my case, definition has 25 - sharpness 0.81 - ...
I would like to change these values permanently
