I recently bought a new iPhone 13 pro max. When I receive an incoming call it’s doesn’t silence music in I tunes or a radio app I use. I does this on both internal speaker and my AirPods. Also if I’m listening on AirPods and take them out instead of silencing audio it switched to the internal speaker. iOS and all apps are up to date
It sounds like your device might be having a software related issue. Follow these articles to erase your iPhone and restore from a backup to see if your issue is resolve. Thanks had to do a full factory reset but that seems to have sorted it 👍
