It appears that you have an iPhone that has be turned into Apple for replacement. This phone should not have been available for purchase. Regardless, you will need to contact Apple Support (as per the message you see in the image you provided) if you need further assistance with this matter. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
