Shortcut volume decreases

Shortcut volume being quiet when alerting me.

I am on the latest update of iOS 14.

ive set up my short cut to alert me when being plugged in to charge and tell me when the battery is at 100%.

It used to work fine but since a couple of updates the volume decreases and then increases after the spoken text.

I’ve set up the shortcut, and even put the shortcut to set my volume to 100% before speaking. When it alerts me of the shortcut of me putting it on charge, the phrase I wanted it to say is very very quiet.
