Setting Interrogation Succeeded Voice Call Forwarding When Unreachable

How do I get this to be disabled?? I go into my phone settings for call forwarding and it’s already shut off. Yet when I dial *#62# it says it’s enabled to this phone number that I don’t recognize. I’ve gone through all of the short keys listed for AT&T as well as tried reaching out to Apple support since AT&T customer service is closed when I realized that my phone is apparently hacked.

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We see that you've already disabled call forwarding in your Settings as outlined here: Set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone - Apple Support

If your calls are still being forwarded, we'd suggest that you contact your carrier so they can provision your account so that your calls aren't forwarded.

Okay. Is it something to be worried about? It still says it’s forwarding calls to a 515 area code number that I don’t recognize. Even though the forwarding section in my settings says it’s off.

Since this service is enabled through your wireless carrier, you'll want to discuss any issues related to that call forwarding with your carrier directly.
