strange error when exporting in final cut

since i updated to version 10.6.3 when exporting my videos it seems that they have a strange error that happens randomly, try to fix it by changing the frames of the project, But it does not work, the file is MPEG-4 H264, my project is 1080p 23.98fps , in previous versions everything went well no problem, and currently I only have this problem that happens randomly, I already reinstalled the final cut but the error is still present, I add a video so you can see the error I don't know how to describe it it seems that a frame is delayed and it goes back to play.

I don't have any problem in the timeline, before I exported in .mov, and now I export in .mp4 but the same error still appears.

at the beginning of the video the girl is holding a pair of headphones, when she moves them down suddenly a previous frame appears and destroys the continuity of the video, in the next scene when the monkey blinks the same thing happens, at x0.25 speed it is more noticeable, optimize the multimedia content but it was worse because there were more errors than not optimizing it, I made a speed change before it rendered all my videos at 60fps and the h264 files were at 23.98, but it resulted in the same problem, in the previous update it rendered at 60fps without problems , I am using a macbook pro 2021 16" (M1 Pro), as I commented before I exported to .mov, I tried with .mp4 but I have the same result, I tried to export it in other files but I have the same result, every time I render the error happens at times other than the video.

I have the files in mkv then I convert them to .mov or .mp4 with an app for mac called smart converter, I worked like this for a year and had excellent results, until I updated to this version and this problem arose

Hello, I have tried it, but it keeps launching the error at random times, I have a macbook air m1, load my project there and render it without problems, will it be a failure of my macbook? (the one I use is a macbook m1 pro)

edit:

I think I have found the error, I eliminated several audio plugins that I had from the fab filter brand, it seems to create these conflicts in my video, which is strange because in the previous update they went well, too bad the plugins saved me a lot of time specifically they are the fabfilter pro q3 and the fabfilter pro c2, after removing them, the video was rendered fine.
