Where in Settings do I find the amount of memory my phone or tablet has and how much is used?
Sorry no, there's no built-in utility on iPhones. iOS automatically manages RAM.
You can download/install a 3rd party app from AppStore, or, if you'd like, you can submit your request to Apple directly, using this form:--> Feedback - iPhone - Apple
