who find this warning of loud sound from Iphone us an annoying message? And what worse is we can’t even have a right to turn it off.

What is "Scanning your device" pop up in media player on my iPhone? i was playing a mobile game "block blast" by "hungry studio" and a weird peep noise starts playing and i swipe down to my notification center and media player displays "scanning your device" i end up just pausing it and it goes away. i've looked up what this is and can't find an answer someone help. Go to Settings -> Notifications

Scroll all the way to the bottom. You can turn off AMBER, Emergency, Public Safety, and Test alerts.
