Not able to send SMS

Randomly can’t send SMS and shows my number is barred. When i try to remove barring with #33*0000*16# it shows:

Error performing request

Unknown Error

Setting Deactivation Failed

SMS Call Barring

All Incoming

iPhone 12, iOS 15

Contact your carrier for help with this. They manage SMS messages.
