Apple Watch won’t scroll up

I used to be able to swipe up and see battery % and other things. All of a sudden I cannot do that. Did I change a setting by accident? Any thoughts?

Apple Watch scrolling by itself Hi My Apple Watch Series 5 is constantly scrolling by itself. I have tried the restart, force restart, update software and unpair options. None of them worked. Problem still persists. Can somebody please help? Thanks!
