has anyone had issues with Location Services not working on Iphone 13, I go to location services under setting and I get a summary of the locations instead of the list of locations. My google maps is also not synching.

When you go to Settings>Privacy... if the Location Services is turnd on, click on that first option, and you should see how each app reacts about Location (and you manage that behavior).
