Charged twice

I purchased a MacbookPro using the education store deal in order to get the giftcard. My card was charged once and then a few days later it was charged again after the order was shipped. I've received the macbook 3 days ago. The charge is currently still showing up as a 'Pending Transaction' in my bank account. I'm wondering what is going on here.
