Can I trade in my iPhone at Thailand if I bought it from the US?

i would like to know if I buy iPhone 13 at the US then going back to my country (Thailand). If iPhone 14 is coming, I will buy it at Thailand and trade in my iPhone 13 at there too. So my question is can I trade in my phone model LL in Thailand?
