Hide my email not working

Same issue from last September 2021. None of my many hidden emails are working, nor can I use newly created ones.

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Thanks for reply. I have iCloud+ and am signed into iCloud. iCloud show all the active hidden emails. Not working.

Presumably, I should be able to send an email to the hidden emails and have them show up in my inbox. Tried several active hidden emails, none show up as forwarded or otherwise in inbox nor in junk mail. Was trying to setup a hidden email as a from address. Also did not work.
