how to change child age to above 13 in family sharing

My son is now above the age of 13 and need to change his age in family sharing. I'm not able currently to change it on the phone to anything above the age of 12. How is this done?

Because the account age is under 13, you'll have to contact Apple Support - Contact - Official Apple Support
