My left AirPod is very quiet and right one is very loud

My left airpod is very quiet and right is very loud, even by changing the balance it’s very quiet. My AirPods are very clean and I’ve reset them too. A year ago I went to the apple store because my AirPods completely stopped working with no damage or debris and they couldn’t find any damage. I don’t know what else to do it has become frustrating.
