Can not pull up Mail

Do you have any mail window?

Is it a matter of using the shortcut: Command 0 (command zero) to show the "Message Viewer" (?)

-Command Q quits the app

-the red pill button simply closes the open window

Is this a New Issue ? If Yes, what exactly changed on this computer ?

Is this an Old Issue ? If Yes, what actions has the user taken to fix this issue ?
