On some numbers I have blocked, the option to unblock does not appear. I have restarted my iphone SE, but it did not remedy the problem. I blocked a number by mistake, and need to unblock it!

Delete the number from the Blocked Contacts list.

At Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts.
