Problem with my email

On my Apple email I’m getting this message: “Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately”. How can I change this?

Network Settings is preventing my emails from completely downloading I now get a header message on every incoming email that says that my Network Settings are prohibiting all of the data in the email and I have to click on a link in that header message to go ahead and download all data.
