Why is Apple emailing me in French?

Despite confirming language preference appleid.apple.com is set to English (US) - English (US), I get:

Apple emails wrong language! Recently I received to my mail box a message from Apple written in russian language. I live in Ukraine, not in russia terrorist state. I have all my settings set to English or Urkainian languages, no russian language ever selected in past. So why your apple mail system decided I understand a language of another neighbor country, especially russian? Why it didn't make a decision that I understand Polish or Romanian languages? Why russian? I was pretty loyal to russians but now when these terrorists are killing us and trying to promote theirs russian world and their russian language it is not OK. I have reached support but they didn't help me at all. If anybody knows how to change language in apple emails it would be very helpful. So far it looks like Apple company thinks that Ukraine and Russia are the same but it is not! Thanks!

Emails in French I started receiving my bills/emails from Apple in French a couple months ago and am unable to change it back to English. I have already confirmed that my language preferences are set to English and I’m still receiving them in French.

Apple emails in French I am getting my emails from Apple in French. My language setting in Apple ID is set to English (US). Any ideas on how to get my emails in English?

Once you have confirmed your preferred language with Apple, should communications problems persist, contact Apple Support.
