Apple emails wrong language!

Recently I received to my mail box a message from Apple written in russian language. I live in Ukraine, not in russia terrorist state. I have all my settings set to English or Urkainian languages, no russian language ever selected in past. So why your apple mail system decided I understand a language of another neighbor country, especially russian? Why it didn't make a decision that I understand Polish or Romanian languages? Why russian? I was pretty loyal to russians but now when these terrorists are killing us and trying to promote theirs russian world and their russian language it is not OK. I have reached support but they didn't help me at all. If anybody knows how to change language in apple emails it would be very helpful. So far it looks like Apple company thinks that Ukraine and Russia are the same but it is not!

So, from what I see it is legit, but the language as you say is the problem. Check your Apple ID region and language here and make sure everything is right: https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin.

Hello! Apple doesn't think that Ukraine and Russia are the same. They normally send emails in English and this might be fraud. Check the sender and if there's a certificate. Have a great day!

Hey, thank you for your reply. I checked email raw message and here is what I see:

email identifier is green: <1677***4.395***8.16****70@email.apple.com>
from: Apple <no_reply@email.apple.com>
SPF:PASS, IP-addr 17.111.110.52
DKIM:'PASS' with domain email.apple.com
DMARC:'PASS'

According to SPF/DKIM/DMARC it is really sent from Apple company.

Apple support is so awful and it could not solve my issue so I still receive official Apple emails with russian text.

I want to change it and I do not know what can I do as everywhere in my account settings I set English or Ukrainian. I do not understand what else I can do unless report it as a spam, because there is no even Unsubscribe option.

The most interesting that emails from "iTunes Store" <do_not_reply@itunes.com> are English texted.

Really hope you can help me to switch Apple email language from russian to English or Ukrainian.

Initially my Apple ID region and language was next: Contry/Region=Ukraine, Language=English (US), then I received email with russian text and opened the same page you sent and changed language from English to Ukrainian, since that didn't help I changed it back to English as that is my preference for all my accounts. The only it bothers me is that I set location to Ukraine and language to Eng/Ukr but receive russian text, I do not understand how is that possible?
